Common questions
Where does my data come from?
From Apple Health on your iPhone, using only the types you allowed: weight, nutrition, workouts (including Apple Watch), sleep and resting heart rate. You can change access at any time (iPhone: Settings, Health, Data Access and Devices, PredictFit).
My data is missing or looks wrong.
First check that PredictFit is allowed to read that type in the Health app. Then open PredictFit and pull down to refresh. If an entry is still missing, email us with the type (for example sleep) and the date.
Does PredictFit use AI?
No. PredictFit does not run AI itself. If you connect your own assistant (Claude or ChatGPT), it can read the areas you allow and add entries to your record. Those entries are labeled "Added by AI" and you can edit or delete them.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
In the assistant's settings, add a custom connector and paste the PredictFit connector address, then sign in and choose what it may read and add. The address and full steps are on the Connect your AI page. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from the assistant.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings (iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. In the app, Settings shows your subscription status and a Restore Purchases button.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Delete Account. This removes your data from the device and from PredictFit's servers. Full details: Delete your account.
Is this medical advice?
No. PredictFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Projections are estimates from your own data.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Android is planned.
