Delete your account
You can delete your PredictFit account and its data at any time from inside the app. No email or request form is needed.
Steps
- Open PredictFit on your iPhone and sign in if you are not already.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion begins immediately and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- Your PredictFit account and sign-in.
- All PredictFit data stored on this device.
- All PredictFit data stored on PredictFit servers, including the record served to any connected AI assistant.
- Any AI connector authorizations. A connected Claude or ChatGPT assistant loses access when the account is deleted.
What is not affected
- Apple Health. PredictFit only reads from Apple Health. Deleting your account does not remove anything from the Health app. To stop PredictFit reading Health data before you delete, turn it off in Settings, Health, Data Access and Devices, PredictFit.
- Your Claude or ChatGPT account. Anything your assistant has already read is subject to that provider's own policies. You may also want to remove the PredictFit connector in the assistant's settings.
- Your subscription. See below.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be cancelled separately: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose PredictFit and tap Cancel. Cancel before deleting your account if you do not want to be charged again.
Cannot get into the app?
If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the device, email support@predictfit.app from the address you used with PredictFit and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion.
Deletion is permanent. PredictFit cannot restore an account or its record after deletion. For how data is handled generally, see the privacy policy.
