Connect your AI

PredictFit does not run AI itself. If you use Claude or ChatGPT, you can let it read the parts of your record you choose and add entries you dictate. Setup takes a few minutes.

Before you start

• Install PredictFit on your iPhone and sign in, so you have a PredictFit account to authorize.
• You need a Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports custom connectors. Check your assistant's settings for a Connectors section.

Connector address

Copy this address exactly. You will paste it into your assistant in step 3.

Steps

1. Open Claude or ChatGPT. Go to Settings, then Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector. If asked for a name, enter PredictFit.
3. Paste the connector address above into the URL field and confirm.
4. Your assistant opens a PredictFit sign-in page. Sign in with your PredictFit account, then choose what the assistant may read and what it may add. Approve to finish.

Once connected, start a new conversation and ask about your record - for example your weight trend or last night's sleep - or tell the assistant about a meal or workout so it can add the entry for you.

What the assistant can do

• Read only the areas of your record you allowed during sign-in.
• Add entries to your record when you ask. Each one is labeled "Added by AI" in the PredictFit app. You can edit or delete any of them.
• It cannot change your Apple Health permissions or delete your account.

Changing or removing access

• Disconnect from the app: open PredictFit and remove the connection from your profile. The assistant's access stops immediately.
• Disconnect from the assistant: remove the PredictFit connector in Claude or ChatGPT settings.
• To change what the assistant may read or add, disconnect and connect again, choosing new permissions at sign-in.
